Porters of SAA are careless they don't care about our luggages

Was travelling to PE on Thursday the 11th, the service was good even inside the plane the stuff was so good, when we got to PE my friends Suitcase wheels were not there, okay Sunday we come back from PE to JHB my suitcase wheels are also broken. This is very painful the money we spent or paid for the luggage then this, and you can see that they just throw the suitcases because my suitcase has cracks
