Poor service SAA

I am shocked at the service provided by SAA. My grandmother who is 75 years old is flying to johannesburg on her own. She is an elderly woman and we had asked the hostess at the counter if there would be someone who would assist her with her luggage as she was flying alone. She distastefully responded that SAA does not offer any services. This is appalling for such a prestigious service to not be able to assist the elderly. Needless to say none of my family members will fly SAA again and I can see why the company is losing clients.
