Poor service

Goodday sir/madam, I had a very bad experience with SOUTH AFRICAN AIRWAYS service and I don’t know what happened to Bothu pele which is one of south African slogan. I flew from Harare to OR Tambo with SAA flight number SA029 which left Zimbabwe at 17:45 and arrive here in SA 19:30 06 Jan 2020. I was so dehidrated on my flight to here in South Africa however one of the flight attended By the name of Sibongile she told me that they don’t have water on flight and there is nothing she can do about that. One of their clients walk to one tall black guy to assist us. I had two witnesses Mrs Macheke mobile number *** and Ngoni Moyi mobile number ***. I nearly died on your flight. Does this mean people from outside South Africa must be treated like this? Their service as SAA is very poor to and other people who were witnessing the whole drama that they caused to me as your client. Thank you and I hope you are going to post on reviews .
