Poor service and quality.

I had the worst 2 Flights ever on SAA.1) As we boarded the plane the smell was terrible.<br> 2) When we booked our seats the plane diagram differed from the seat plan. We had a very uncomfortable flight.<br> 3) The seats padding had gone. I had to sit on blankets.<br> 4) After the meal the Airhostess do not walk around with any drinks. If you need a drink of water you need to call them or go and fetch it yourself.<br> 1) The smell as we boarded the aircraft was a bit better, but still not a clean smell.<br> 2) I had no sound from my head phones. When I reported it the hostess said she would reset it. I told her after the second time that the plug was faulty, to which she rep**** the plane was full.<br> This did not help as the plug was faulty, as a result I had no entertainment what so ever.<br> 3) The one Airhostess with out a name tag, was extremely rude.<br> When she brought out the special meals, she handed my wife a meal to which she rep**** that she had not ordered any meal. The hostess accused her of moving seats. She had gone to the wrong seat no and did not even offer an apology.<br> 4) After the meal the Airhostess do not walk around with any drinks.
