Poor service and attitude to back it up

SA346 CPT - JHB Thursday 1Oct flight delayed 50mins due to turn around in JHB, OK. On arrival luggage takes 65 minutes to arrive after disembarkation. NOT OK. Ground staff not fussed because there's apparently a strike on that we should have read about in the news. Seriously arrogant approach to all passengers. Other flights also SAA and others passengers come in get luggage and go off in a reasonable time, we still wait. Complaint in writing to SAA \customer service"automated response received"
