SAA voyager dept is utterly useless and not even remotely concerned about customer retention.<br> It is almost impossible to use your airmiles to upgrade your ticket yet SAA is happy to charge you a premium on economy class tickets for the right to upgrade but then does not actually allow the upgrade you go onto t waitlist system which will only confirm 48 hour before departure if you are actually going to be upgraded.<br> For this maybe maybe not \privilege SAA charges you an extra - R 20 K on a double ticket. Great customer value on a maybe ...<br> Phone their call centre and all you get is yes just keep phoning maybe next week we can confirm Mr ...<br> In the meantime your choise of a cheaper airline or in fact economy ticket price in SAA disappears while you wait.<br> Oh what a joy to deal with SAA / Voyager"
