Poor service

<p>I have been struggling for a week now just to get confirmation for a passenger to use oxygen support on board. I have phoned, I have emailed and each time I just get reverted back to the other. Today I finally got through to a guy that seemed to be able to assist, he apparently sent me an email with the confirmation that oxygen support has been approved, twice to 2 different email addresses, yet nothing has arrived in either of the inboxes used. I've sent an email thereafter again to follow up, received a read receipt, but now more than 5 hours later, still no response. The first flight in question is less than a week away...</p>
