Poor Service

Extremely poor and concerning service from SA AirLink. I missed my flight this morning because the *********** check-in counter lady couldn't quickly resolve my luggage weight issue. This was something that could have been resolved quickly but ended up buying new tickets for my journey. Extremely disappointed by this level of service from the airline.
