Poor service

I booked tickets and fully paid and in march but on arrival at the airport I was told it was not issued and had to wait for it to be issued to get on a flight 3 hours late. Tickets were issued but late now I have to wait another 3 hours... its unfair on a small child I'm with and I'm requested to pay extra on top of that... unacceptable I'm dissapoited with the service received and furious.
