Poor Service

I have been on the phone with SAA between their Voyager and Reservation depts for over 2 hours. Firstly, the waiting time is unacceptable! I called Voyager at 15H15 and was then referred to Reservations to make a booking then back to Voyager to make payment only to be referred back to Reservations for the first payment and then back to Voyager for the 2nd payment. This was all to try and book 2 tickets and a Companion ticket to Mauritius. To summarize, 5 phone calls and 2 hours of my life! Right now, it is 17H08 and I am still waiting for a Voyager operator??? I hope SAA management listens to the phone calls!<br> <br> Shocking!
