POOR POOR POOR SERVICE

I just booked a flight with this company and didnt recieve any confirmation when i send them and email what i get is that i have to call their contact center because they cant find any booking under my name .I though they have changed after their dilemma but their service is very poor .I regret booking with them .I just wish they can just return my funds when the money clears because they service is poor .When you pay your money you expect to receive some reference not for you to do follow up again with something like reference .I wont recommend this company to anyone because so far is 0% over 100 .
