Poor customer service and flight

Wish I could give no stars. Flight 204 to JFK NY is 16 hrs and my inflight entertainment did not work the entire flight, No sympathy from crew not even to try change my seat....even better was response from customer care saying they were aware of an issue with inflight entertainment and will be assembling a task team to look into it, my next flight will be better they guarantee...goodness I will never fly again or even take a chance with SAA
