Poor customer service and double standards

My return flight SA 480,17:20 from East London to JHB.<br> I went to check in at about 16:20. Prudence Khanyile, stated that she will not check me in because my name on the flight ticket differed from my name in my ID book. My flight ticket was booked as Theuns Eksteen and my ID states Theunis Eksteen.<br> I showed her the ticket details of my morning flight, which was the same. She stated, If I had flown with SAA in the morning, she would have helped me. The manager also stated this!<br> They said the only way to check in, is by booking another ticket with the \i"in place.<br> They both confirmed that customers are able to check in with their drivers licenses. <br> On the drivers license only your initials are listed. If I used my driver's license on check in and not my ID"
