Your call centre is so unwieldy. <br> One can call multiple numbers. <br> No one answers. <br> When EVENTUALLY someone does answer, it is 20 to 30 minutes later! (and i have been on hold...) <br> Then its not the right department. <br> <br> So again we start this same process.... <br> Eventually when one gets to the 'right' person, the speaking is punctuated by loooooong silences during which one wonders whether the call has been dropped or whether the person is involved in another conversation.... <br> <br> Your logo should be: We will bother you. Please dont bother us.
