I have logged multiple complaints with differant people the airport branch and a manager sent an email but SAA is the worst airline company I have ever used yet so expensive an strict yet had me sit in a Maluti aircraft not the one promised on the ticket worth two grand and I was sitting opposite the toilet not in front of it for consolation right next to it I didnt need to stretch my hand and the door was in my face. The experiance has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I complained but no one has ever att3nded to it nor rep**** not even an I am sorry. It was like paying for a mercedes benz and getting a bettle horrible customer service.
