Payment made but no service or refund

I booked a ticket in February this year to fly from Johannesburg to Phalaborwa at the end of May. On the 1st April I received an e-mail from Flysaa advising me that these flights will no longer feature. Despite e-mailing and requesting a refund, these have been ignored. I have asked the bank to reverse the credit card charge, but they have advised me that they are awaiting authorization from SAA. Considering their financial status, I will no doubt be on the losing end and not get anything back. Totally disgusted with the manner in which this has been dealt with, with absolutely no response received from SAA.
