Pathetic service- No service

I have no words for the poor service i recieved from SAA , I bought 2 flights tickets on line and could not get confirmation ( stupid system) had to call call center agent told me that my transaction has been cancelled and had to redo booking on the phone .<br> <br> i made payment with my credit card to my suprise SAA deducted the amount again 2 days later and all my attempts to resolve the matter has failed .<br> <br> I'm more than furious , ive emailed all the requiered info and noone bothered to contact me back.<br> <br> All the customer service agents I spoke to seem very ***********.<br>
