Pathetic service *********** staff

I flew to MRU today for vacation and wedding to have incorrect tickets issued then my bags were not on the plane either. The employee incorrectly issued the tickets didn't even check and then we had to reissue and then our bags didn't arrive. This is so terrible! I'll never use the airline again
