Pathetic service

I've previously travelled with SAA and was asked to preorder a meal if needed 72 hours before. When I got onto the flight my dietary requirements were not met.. my flight was delayed as well. I logged a complaint and it took also 2 months and I received an email saying it's being investigated, to date I am still waiting for a response. How disrespectful that I lodge a complaint and now I lodge another because the complaint was not attended too. How pathetic..
