Pathetic service

I called the reservations department before 10:00AM this morning and I was told by the consultant that I would be contacted back within 2-3 hours to confirm the unaccompanied minors booking or I can call them back after 2-3 hours.

I called back just before 13:00 and I was advised that the booking has not been confirmed and I should call after an hour. I called again at 15:00 and the consultant advised that I should call after an hour again. Every time I call the consultants keep telling me that the booking has not been confirmed, no SMS, email or any means of communication from SAA. I KEEP CALLING AND I KEEP GETTING THE SAME ANSWER. How long does it take TO CONFIRM A BOOKING???????

Now the last consultant I spoke to tells me that if nothing happens today then the booking will be auto cancelled. For what? I called in very early and the delay was from your end and now you are telling me this?????? I want to use your services and process the payment but I am not getting any joy or satisfaction from the service I am receiving. This is very disappointing and I am so annoyed right now.

I will be expecting a call today, confirming the booking.
