Pathetic service!!!

This is to lodge a complaint again the above mentioned company. I have made about 3 bookings with reference numbers X3T32D departing from JHB to Cape Town on 17 July 2015, each and every time I call to confirm and only to find out the booking has been \auto cancelled". The last stunt is that I call last night after 9PM and spoke to Nomathemba"
