PATHETIC FOOD ON DOMESTIC FLIGHTS

As a tax paying RSA citizen who subsidizes the Airline and the exorbitant salaries it pays its managers......how should I feel when I get offered a oats cookie or energy bar for breakfast on a domestic flight from East London to Johannesburg at 8:30am. Especially seen the ticket cost me nearly R 2000.00, nice one SAA.<br> <br> Over and above this you let you air-hostesses bear the brunt of the criticism in this regard and they are not even the ones who made the damn decision. In fact most are deeply embarrassed by it and see the next step as the loss of their jobs as am sure cookies can be handed out as you enter the plane.....another possible cost saving? Pathetic service from another bankrupt poorly run govt institution that should be privatized.
