Pathetic Customer Service & Lies

<p>My nephew & cousin were told that they missed their flight from OR Tambo JHB International Airport to CPT International Airport, (TODAY 2 August 2016) even though they were 35min early to board the flight (CCTV Footage will clearly verify the location with a time & date stamp as evidence). Needless to say SAA refused them entry without justification.</p> <p>SAA counter staff at ORTIA was extremely rude to my nephew & not willing to communicate or take responsibility for their actions nor were they willing to bring forth any other senior staff member. </p> <p> </p> <p>Despicable service from SAA!</p>
