PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE - COULD NOT CHECK-IN ONLINE DUE TO AN ERROR ON THE SITE

Bought a ticket online for a flight from Johannesburg to Cape Town for the 2nd June 2022. When I tried to check-in online 24 hours there was an error message that popped up saying my 'booking cannot be checked in online, please check in at the airport". Got to the airport way early stood on the long queue to check-in by the time I got to the counter were told the flight is closed. Money gone no refund and no proper customer service as to how the issue can be resolved.
