Pathetic and useless

How sad that I booked online a ticket from Johannesburg to Lilongwe paid everything online. I then get to the airport at 9am as thee E-ticket states last check-in is 9:10, only to find when I get there the hostess says the flight is already boarding. Like how does that work because I came on time, check-in lines were long, staff is slow and then I had to pay R1800 in which I didn't even have and for that instance they even refused to refund when it's not my fault that the online e-ticket states last check in is 9:10. *******ion at its best I see!!!
