Panalties why?

I booked flights a week ago and have received confirmation but some reason payment has not beed successful. So i went to link saa provided and tried to repay but i could not find the option. It was saturday i had to wait till monday for calling. Than i called ask about it i have to call nedbank which i a card company. I went to nedbank they said it is booking process i have to call saa. I did than they put me through more than 5 different peoson finally heard your tickets has been cancelled have to book new. However my reference was alive if you see website they are there it just i can not re pay. It was not cacelled or pending. Than they use same flight schedule and charge me new prive and penalties. PeNALTies for What. I cant believe this kind of service. I need refund of panalties that you charged and pre- seated.
