PAID FOR 1 PC OF BAG EVEN THOUGH MY TKT SAYS 2 PC

I flew with SAA on 18th Jan 2015 from ACC- PLZ. At accra flight was delayed 2 hrs but no information until i went for chek in. No apologies neither refreshments, flight left at 00:15hrs instead of 22:15. When i Landed in JNB couldn't find my Checked in Bag and opened a file as advised by SAA staffs. Coz of these drama I missed my connecting flight to PLZ. And made me STBY for the next flight. Finally managed to get the last seat for 1255 flight. Then, coz the flight was full, they wanted my hand luggage should be checked in, though i refused initially, had to agree coz of compulsion. And when i landed in PE, couldn't find that one bag too and left with my Laptop and few books. No compensation! nothing. Eventually had to check my self following evening and found my bags. <br> During my return (27-01-15) they said though your ticket says 2 pcs from PLZ-JNB leg, our system says only 1pc is allowed. So i have to pay 250R???? After long conversation i had to pay that upon suggestion that i can get refund in ACCRA, SAA counter where i booked. <br> <br> In Accra they said i Made a mistake by paying 250R ??? what a service. My Booking Ref was X7BHJ3. What a miserable airline??
