Over 6 months and no response on refund

Flight left early and over 6 passengers bags were removed from the flight even though we had all checked in and our bags were on the flight. <br> We were told no boarding calls are made any more either..... <br> We had to book another flight asap with a different airline as we had connecting flights and SAA could not offer us any other options until a day or two later as they said they had no space. <br> This cost us a lot of money to book a new flight and have been waiting 6 months for a refund. <br> No one has even responded to the request in 6 months, absolutely terrible service.<br> <br> We have all proof of new flights bought and the boarding passes from the flight that left us. <br> <br> I am still waiting for a refund!!!
