****** out of my luggage on a SAA flight 401

Service on our flight was excellent, unfortunately when I collected my suitcase the cabelties that I sealed it with were removed. Someone working in the baggage handling department , opend everything inside, went through my belongings and stole my brand new perfume, that I received as a present, out of the box and my suitcase! The person even had the odessity to leave the empty box! When we complained the person we spoke to was not much help. It is as if they just do not care about your loss.
