Online Booking does not exist...

No wonder they are bankrupt, you cant book a flight when the bank is closed apparently. So how do you book an emergency flight for someone? Even after predicting this will happen and call them to ensure a confirmation, the response is that you must call tomorrow(which is when the flight is) so they can call the bank to verify. So technically the online system is useless. Never had this problem with any other airline...DONT call it online booking when it doesnt work...useless service after 1 hour on a call...
