Offloaded from flight without trying to locate customers

<p>We were sitting at the gate waiting for boarding with nobody in the Q and no attendants at the gate so we thought boarding was not yet ready. After a while I get up and go to the gate as the sign says boarding closed while there were no attempt made to call us on the PA system to see if we are there as we had been checked in and the luggage on the plane already. The bus was also still standing there while we asked if we can't board but we were summarily dismissed and told to collect our baggage as the bus drove off. SAA made a lot of calls for passengers for JHb but it seems the Bloemfontein passengers were not important enough to worry about. I would like to have this addressed as I am very disappointed in the lack of effort from the person who was disinterested in helping us at the gate. </p>
