Not providing with a babysitter

I bought return tickets for me and my four months old baby to go home on 13 September, I ask one of the crew members if is possible to get babysitter he told me I will not get. I was holding my baby from Nairobi to Johannesburg. Same thing happened today 23 September I was holding him from joburg to Nairobi.
