Not another SAA flight

How SAA plans to stay wheels up blows my mind. So much debt on their hands but customer service is pathetic. Customers will be paying off the debt and keep the planes in the air, but who cares about customers at SAA. My daughter booked with SAA on 1 July. She was notified the flight was cancelled and that she had to fly the evening. As she was visiting in PE far from the airport, she had to suddenly inconvenience everyone to alter travel arrangements. Eventually the evening flight was delayed and she arrived at OR Tambo just before 21h00 in stead of 15h00 the afternoon.
