Not allowed to board flight

<p>I had asked my sister to do a booking for me online and she added my second name in my ID and not my surname but included my correct ID number.I was told i could not board flight even after i had shown them proof of payment.I was told its a non-refundable ticket and cannot make any changes. Worst airline i ever taken.</p>
