Not able to use voyager miles to book a flight

<p>I have now made 4 attempts to book a flight using my Voyager Miles from South African Airways. Each time I am only required to pay the airport taxes. I receive confirmation of the booking, but no E-Ticket is ever issued. When I call they say that the payment on my card was not able to be processed and they ask my to give them my card details over the phone, which I am not prepared to do. When I then book a full ticket there is no problem with the payment on the same card. They make it frustrating and inpossible to use your voyager miles.</p>
