Non transparent sports luggage charges

On check in for SA52 to Accra 23 April. My husband was charged R2700 for checking in a tennis bag. The charge was even higher because it was business class. Nowhere on the website does it stipulate the actual charges for tennis bags and higher charges for business class. When clicking the link for further details the link does not work. Very poor client service.
