Non existend Customer Service - SAA

I have traveled using SAA in Decmeber 2018. Last trip i received my North Face Travel Bag's Telescopic handle broken off. I have tried to call customer care, no luck... Email them, email just keeps on being undelivered. There is just no way to contact these people to talk to someone about the damage i have occured by using their services. The travel bag is also not cheap, so how does one go about to get this issue resolved. Custmer services is pathetic and in my opinion totally unexistend.
