Apparently SAA is unable to read and comprehend medical reports or their \procedures"is so out of sync with the rest of the world they might as well shut down.<br> <br> My wife underwent a bilateral mastectomy last week ( 17/10/2015 ) due to breast cancer and still has drainage pipes etc. in her chest.
