No updates on delayed flight from OR Tambo to Polokwane due to poor weather

Flight from Polokwane to OR Tambo Johannesburg was diverted back to Polokwane international airport due to bad weather. My flight from OR Tambo to Polokwane was now delayed: 20/11/2019 departure time 16:35. It's now 18:31 and there has been no update on possible ETA. I called Polokwane was a possible update and they couldn't give me an update. Apparently 7 planes have been grounded at the Polokwane International Airport. I've been flying for years from Polokwane to OR Tambo and since had terrible experiences, but never cared to much to log a complaint. I realize the safety of both the airline crew and passengers come first but at least keep travelers up to date on what's going on. #justsaying!
