NO SERVICE AT FLYSAA

Booked 5 tickets via flysaa express to Pilanesberg, simply because they are only airline flying to Pilanesberg. 3 days after booking tickets, their flights are suspended! Sent email to their customer care, got case no and had to wait 10 working days for no response. Don't try to phone their careline, after 1 hour of holding I finally gave up! Cannot send them another email, their mailbox full, messages no longer delivered!! Had to contact reservations to speak to someone. Now awaiting refund. But WHY must I now wait 7 to 21 WORKING DAYS for refund. I need funds to book with alternative airline and arrange transport. After 21 workings days, I will not have been able to avail of my Sun City accommodation, will Flysaa refund my accommodation as well, I paid them immediately, if I was told 2 to 3 working days, I could still understand, but 7 - 21 working days simply is not acceptable!!!
