No responses! - incorrect miles deduction!

i've Emailed, called, 'followed up number of times, and still no responses on the email which i sent in April regarding the incorrect deduction of my miles!<br> <br> I Have some queries regarding my miles, and I called into the call center on the 12 April 2015, spoke to Marlon at 9:54am regarding this issue, and was informed that an email is required to rectify this issue. which i send the email and havnt heard from them to-date!!!!!<br> <br> i was told that i had miles due to expire by 31 March, to the amount of 11011, but the total miles i spent before 31 MArch 2015, was 40590.<br> <br> and yet comes the 1st of April SAA STILL Deducted the 11011...i called to inquire, no one can give me any explanation, just said, \oh i don't know what happened...please email [Email Removed] they will help you sort it out"<br> <br> Called and emailed"
