NO RESPONSE OR FEEDBACK

I flew to Durban about a month ago. ******* working as baggage handlers at SAA stole items from my bag, tearing my bag open. I reported it at King Shaka Airport as well as at OR Tambo the next day when I flew back. Received bad attitude and no service there as the lady just told me to leave my bag and I must collect it. I asked her if they expect me to walk with the items in my bag in my hand to which she shrugged me off. I left without handing it in. I reported the theft as required on their website and after more than 2 weeks received an email stating that they have not received the claim documents. I resent it and have not heard anything, sending mails everyday with only a automated response. I can comfortly say that the most useless people are employed there, they have no idea about what service delivery is. They condone the thievish behavior of the ********* working there. I have heard of what they do, could not believe it, worse was the uselessness of the claims people. <br> USELESSS!!!!
