No response on query

Good day,<br> <br> I hope this email finds you well.<br> <br> I am a member of Voyager miles (membership number is ***) and I have contacted SAA Voyager Miles to ask whether it is possible to claim back airmiles from flights which happened when you were not yet a member. I became a member mid last year, but flew extensively for the 3 months before that. I have also heard that it is possible to claim back airmiles for a year in the past.<br> <br> SAA has not responded to my query for 3 weeks.<br> <br> Regards<br> Tinus Potgieter
