No Response after 2 Months!

<p>I was on a return flight from OR Tambo to PE for business. As I arrived to check in I was informed that I am 2 minutes late. Looking to my left down the shoot I could still see passengers boarding and the shoot connected to the plane! As I was only carrying a laptop, it would take a mere call to get me on! An obvious argument arrive, rude staff unwilling to assist at all! This cost me another flight on BA at R2200!!!</p> <p>Sueprisingly on my return upon check in, passengers where allowed on 7 minute before departure!</p> <p>How inconsistent can you get!</p> <p>Have since called, emailed, used Facebook and tried internal contact to no affail! What more must I do to get my money bac****????</p>
