No response

Absolutely terrible! We were delayed in Munich for 8 HOURS and then they lost our bags and we didn't get them for 6 DAYS and had to buy the essentials of toiletries and clothes! Now our insurance won't pay us for anything and the airline doesn't respond to us! We had no luggage for 6 DAYS! Thinking that the cheapest option would be shopping at the flea market we went there and they did not have receipt facilities because it is a flea market but it is where we could get the cheapest clothes, we NEEDED the essentials our bags didn't arrive for 6 days so it was essential to get clothes and toiletries. I am furious and will NEVER use this company or recommend them to anyone!
