no response

my miles claimed are rejected, they cant give me an answer as to why. I have sent copies of ID documents requested, copy of itinary . etc emailed morning and afternoon for over a week. no one responds.<br> No one comes back to me, no one has an answer. everyone I talk to just request the same stuff over and over. just that the system says rejected. when I booked in my voyager number was logged in and is printed on the original boarding pass they have given me. <br> <br> Guess SAA does not like to allocate miles!!!!!
