NO REFUND AFTER 2 MONTHS.

2 MONTHS AGO, I bought a ticket for my friend that lives in Dubai as the SAA website was not working there, I bought the Ticket for a return flight (Johannesburg -> Dubai), as the site was processing my request, the site crashed. We tried several times on different phones as we thought the internet was the issue, eventually we left it and bought the ticket with another airline. After a few weeks (Note that the flight was already long gone), the transaction had still been processed and taken off my bank account. The flight was completed, we received no Plane Ticket and THE MONEY WAS TAKEN OFF THE ACCOUNT. To this day, we have not received any reply or response regarding this issue. Our friend who lives in Dubai is unable to do anything about this as he lives in Dubai and the only thing he can do is send emails (Which is completely useless as nobody replies), because of this, my girlfriend and I have running after this money (+-R10000) which we do not have the time or effort for as this ticket was never for us in the first place and now we have to run around constantly emailing and phoning this PATHETIC company. 2 Months ago and still not 1 reply. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. 1 star as 0 stars is not an option. But when it does come to options, I would advise to never use this Airline unless you have time to run around like an idiot. WILL NEVER FLY WITH THEM AGAIN OR TELL ANYONE TO BOOK FLIGHTS WITH THEM.
