No in flight entertainment and rude flight attendant who scared my children

<p>On the 13th of July 2016 i was on the evening flight from London to Johannesburg with my wife and two children aged 7 and 12. The flight entertainment unit did not work and when i inform ed the flight attendant she informed me the system would be reset so ican have have entertainment. I request ed several time but it was notfixed until i landed in Joburg therefor i did not have entertainment the whole flight.My wife and children were sitting in the next compantment and the flight attendant who was serving them was ruds and spoke about accidents happening during take off and landing to my wife as she was holding my daughters sweater which scared my children for the rest of the flight.She was wearing a jersey therefore wecould not see the badge with her name.This is unacceptable as my children are now scared to fly because of her statement </p>
