NO feedback after more than a month

I booked a seat that cost me $80 oz to have extra leg room and was put in a normal seat. I still havnt heard from SAA after more than a month where I requested a refund. This is not to mention that half the rows entertainment systems were not working on the way back and still have no feedback with regard to that. Not surprised SAA is not doing well.
