No customer service attendant SAA Accra

There is hardly an attendant at SAA office at Accra Airport. Two days in a row. I came yesterday at 4pm no one, then again today at 12noon no one. Their web pages say they close 13h00 on Saturday but dololo. I book my flight online and needed to pay for it. I am so unhappy that SAA advertises certain working hours and are not there throughout the time. Many people where there to be assisted but no one there
